Introducing The
SPACE-O-CALC COMMANDER IN CHIEF
COMPARES TO THE TI83: IN FACT, IT BLOWS THE DOORS OFF IT!

Well, With all the Rocket Cockpits, Power Consoles and 1970's Pocket Calculators (the original of which this is a 3rd-1/2 generation BOTH RECOMMENDED), you know that this had to happen.
NOTE: These are the May 5 2008 versions and are always kept up to date for new users and persons who really would prefer to download new and not bother with servicing or might be a bit skittish abut doing so. After you get these, all fixes, updates, upgrades and Add-ons are gotten at the SERVICE DEPARTMENT (which see). Only the Space Patrol Power Console and Space-O-Calc are eligible for this service since they are the real Space Patrol things and the ZENTREX and Zentrex 2 are prototypes but are still worth having to understand the process of original and custom units and can be customized to your liking Also All of our take-homes are recommended when appropriate since you may wish to participate in things like the creative hobby of fantasy calculators; software applications that really work but are based on some theme or other). But you do have to be choosey. Now and then Prince Baccaratti or Lady Diamond may sneak something in to go one-up on either each other or Space Patrol that...well...what can I say?

Yes, A Space Patrol "Pocket Calculator". Just look at the colors of this thing and you know it's Space Patrol all the way. With the introduction of the Space-O-Calc Commander in Chief. The hand-held electronic calculator returns to its roots in sci-fi.

But what makes it uniquely Space Patrol is the special Space Patrol Flight Calculations Subroutine and the Space Patrol Chart of the Universe listed in the Manual

THINGS TO KNOW
There is more here than meets the eye. The SPACE-O-CALC is a 3rd-1/2 generation of the 1970's Pocket Calculator's earlier ancestor which no longer exists. However the 1970's unit has many explanations not found here. such as
  1. This whole business startec because I found the WINDOWS Calculatro too difficult to read
  2. The nature of the manual as an integral part of the system. In fact, the manual accesses graphing and other tools; even other calculators
  3. That I use serarch pages to get at external tools since
    • There is a larger number of those tools than I could put here.
    • I cannot "steal" them and put them here
    • In the case of advanced math. the user most likely knows more than I do
    • If I linked to a spaceific site that, on Monday has all kinds of good things, on Thursday, it may be gone.
    • I may be able to do something about that, in which case the change will be in the Service Dept.
    • You can save the links to the ones you like and keep them somewhere near at hand.
  4. This whole project, including the Space Patrol Power Console has a history that is discussed in the 1970's Pocket Calculator manual and left out of subsequent models since their manuals are quite full. They can be found below:
    INTRO, HISTORY and (fake) INSTRUCTIONS
  5. The 1970's Pocket Calculator comes with a Cusotmizing Kit with instructiosn, tools and supplies that let's you design and build your own model.and access to a 3rd generation to show what can be done.

If you've done this before then you know the drill: Otherwise:

    1. create folder SpaceOCalc
    2. Downloaed SpaceOCalc.zip to that folder
    3. Unzip the file
    4. Go in and open 00box.html and make your selectio of Algebraic or RPN default mode
    5. You're DONE
Now I can go and spruce up the Rockdet Cockpit and make it a proper Internet Explorer Start/Home page

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THAT, TRY MINE. IT IS PRETTIER AND BETTERSHUT UP. JUST SHUT UP BIT...
